It is a formally dressed table that is reserved for those airmen who are Missing in Action and Prisoners of War. I was so struck by it I had to pass it on to you. What a wonderful way to remember and pay tribute to the airmen who are Missing in Action and Prisoners of War. This picture says more than any words could ever express. Thanks for sharing.
ReplyDeleteI am using something similar to this with my work with an army vet who served 2 tours in Iraq and has been diagnosed with PTSD. For him, the empty chair represents the two most traumatic images he retains from the war.
